Philanthropy

Delta Phi Epsilon supports three international philanthropies – The National Association for Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD), The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF), and our own Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation.
Currently, our collegiate chapters are the primary source of our support for our philanthropies. Chapters support both education and fundraising for our philanthropies, including the annual ANAD Candlelight Vigil and ANAD Pledge, as well as a number of great fundraising activities like 65 Roses for Cystic Fibrosis balls. During the 2004-2006 biennium, the Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation and our chapters have provided more than $35,000 in support for both the CFF and ANAD. Since 1967, Delta Phi Epsilon has contributed more than $1 million to research for a cure for cystic fibrosis. At our 2008 biennial convention, DPhiE made a $100,000 pledge to CFF and hopes to surpass that goal.
We would like to invite all sisters and friends interested in promoting self-acceptance through ANAD and medical research and care for Cystic Fibrosis patients, to make their gifts through the Foundation or by visiting our partners' websites. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation offers a special online giving form for Delta Phi Epsilon members to make their tax-deductible gifts.
