Delta Phi Epsilon Leadership Sets 2018-2021 Strategic Vision & Goals

News

Over the weekend of February 9-11, 2018, board members from the Educational Foundation, National Development Corporation and International Governing Board, were  joined by Delta Phi Epsilon’s National Panhellenic Delegate and Executive Staff from the international headquarters in Orlando, Florida.  The leaders of DPhiE set the new strategic vision for 2018-2021.

The group hosted two speakers to help inform them of the climate on today’s college campuses, Cindy Stellhorn, Past President of the Fraternity Sorority Political Action Committee and Dr. Lori Reeser, Vice Provost for Student Affairs at Indiana University.  Through the panel discussion a few critical threads emerged.  After a S.W.O.T. analysis and much critical discussion, the vision was set.

Vision: Position DPhiE as a leader in the Panhellenic Community for positive values that strengthen fraternity/sorority life on campus, especially diversity, inclusion and women’s issues.

There will be more to come on the five goal areas that were identified in future issues of the volunteer and member newsletters and Fall 2018 TRIAD.
