DESCRIPTION:Though we are at the end of the term\, it is also time for us to think ahead for the Fall and start to fill out the Fall 2025 Chapter Information Form. To access and submit the Fall Chapter Information Form\, please click the link below. If you have any challenges accessing the form\, please feel free to connect with us via our Knowledge Center Contact Support. Fall 2025 Chapter Information Form Any Leadership Team member may complete the Chapter Information Form which can be submitted and updated as needed. Even if chapters do not have all dates for fall\, please fill it out to the best of your ability by July 15th\, 2025. \nWe encourage Leadership Team members to communicate with each other and connect with the chapter’s Chapter Advisory Board members\, based on the information asked within the form. These forms are used for billing\, programming and more so we ask that you complete them on time. Chapter Information Forms for the Fall term are due no later than July 15th\, 2025. \nAs a reminder\, members with inactive status from the 2025 Spring term returned to active status as of June 1.
