This position is responsible for overall financial functions of the office to include supervising Departmental employees as assigned by the AED Finance and Information Systems, moving strategic goals forward in the areas of responsibility for the enterprise including accounting, financial management, expense allocation management, accounts receivable management & reporting, pledge & payment plan management, collections, liaise with member management partner.

The Coordinator of Development Identifies, researches, cultivates and solicits planned gift prospects and donors. Prepares correspondence, proposals and reports. Conducts face-to-face solicitations, involving alumnae and undergraduates, as appropriate. Generates income through campaigns targeting individuals and chapters/alum associations./p>
Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of the internal and external communications of the organization for the international headquarters. Researches and contributes ideas and content to the organization’s magazine and communication marketing/public relations campaigns. Oversees specific events. Acts as the liaison to IHQ for outside vendors. Ensures brand integrity in all communication. Coordinates with the Director of Communication and Development to ensure the execution of the organizational communication plan.
The Coordinator of Housing is responsible for furthering the mission and vision of the organization by supporting the National Development Corporation’s (NDC) living-learning communities and programmatic efforts. This position’s responsibilities include the support and coordination of tasks for the management of NDC-managed suites and lodges on college campuses across the country. This position partners with other International Sorority departments to provide resources and education within all NDC affiliated properties. This position works with the collegiate Vice President of House Management, Housing Advisor, university faculty and staff, and maintains vendor relationships.
Membership Managers and Collegiate Development Consultants provide on-site support to chapters during their recruitment process, directly aiding in the growth of our sisterhood.
