Director of Financial Services

This position is responsible for overall financial functions of the office to include supervising Departmental employees as assigned by the AED Finance and Information Systems, moving strategic goals forward in the areas of responsibility for the enterprise including accounting, financial management, expense allocation management, accounts receivable management & reporting, pledge & payment plan management, collections, liaise with member management partner.

Manager of Communication and Development

This is a part time fall position, with transition to full time as of January 1, 2020. Our headquarters is located in downtown Philadelphia and applicants must be within driving distance. This position will manage the daily operations of Delta Phi Epsilon’s social media accounts and uphold brand standards of the organization. They will also be responsible for collaborating on the creation and implementation of all communications and development initiatives internally and externally including giving campaigns newsletters, press releases, emails, and all other mass communications.

Property Management Consultant – Georgia Southern University

The Property Management Consultant (PMC) will work with the chapter Vice President House Management to help develop a sense of community among the residents of the chapter house. The PMC acts as the liaison between the residents and the National Development Corporation on the overall physical condition of the facility. This is a part time position.

Administrative Intern

IHQ is currently looking for two administrative interns – one to start immediately and one for the Fall 2019 semester. Our headquarters is located in downtown Philadelphia and applicants must be able to commute 14 – 19 hours per week.  Interns will provide regular clerical and administrative support, as well as prepare correspondence, answer telephone, maintain electronic and hard copy files and completes inventory updates. In addition, they will work on special projects for different departments throughout the building. Come take a peek behind the scenes of an international sorority headquarters – this is an internship opportunity like no other. Can be taken for credit and offered as a paid internship.

Finance Intern

IHQ is currently looking for a FALL 2019 finance intern to support the needs of our Financial Services department.  Our headquarters is located in downtown Philadelphia and applicants must be able to commute 14 – 19 hours per week. Intern is  responsible for receiving mail related to AR/AP, preparation of deposits, cash receipts assembly, AP mailing and other projects assigned by the Financial Services team. In addition, they will work on special projects for Information Systems and Administrative Departments.  Come take a peek behind the scenes of an international sorority headquarters – this is an internship opportunity like no other.
