“Coming into college I knew I wanted to make friendships that would last a lifetime. I honestly never thought I would join a sorority & pictured myself as the exact opposite of what I thought a sorority girl was. Though after talking to a couple of my friends, I made a last minute decision to rush & I’m so glad I did.

DPHIE has given me so many valuable friendships that I couldn’t imagine my life without now. It gave me a place to help express myself fully and continuously grow with so many other amazing girls from all kinds of backgrounds. I’m so grateful to have met the best big & littles that I could ask for, and am so thankful to have been able to connect with some of the best friends & sisters I’ve met.”

#WhyDPhiE—Meet Casey from our Gamma Eta Chapter!

“I joined dphie because of the loyalty and compassion these girls have. I came into buffalo only really knowing my roommates and had a difficult time branching out within a big school. I decided to skip out on rushing my first year of school and never thought I really wanted to join a sorority, but eventually came back to the idea spring semester sophomore year. Every time I entered the dphie room during formal recruitment it felt like home. Throughout my time being a sister in dphie I have gotten to know some of the greatest and most special people i’ve ever met and i’m happy to call them my sisters”🤍
