Join Delta Phi Epsilon in Charlotte, NC for International Leadership Forum June 25-28, 2026.
Timeless Ties
Celebrate the unbreakable bonds that define our sisterhood–threads of connection woven through decades of legacy and love.
It is a tribute to the strength of our shared history and a call to action for the future we will create together.
With this theme, we honor the ties that have shaped us, inspire one another to deepen our sense of belonging, and pave the way for the next generation to carry forward our mission with purpose and pride.

International Leadership Forum (ILF) takes place every other summer.
Hundreds of sisters from around the world come together to make memories and celebrate our sorority. Most importantly, it is the time Delta Phi Epsilon holds its biannual business meeting, Grand Chapter. In addition to this special time where sisters and supporters of DPhiE come together, the ILF provides attendees with renowned, mission-driven programming focused solely on becoming your best self. Programming is applicable to all generations.
Making Memories
Hear from our attendees!
“I think my favorite part is Grand Chapter – there is just something so special about seeing all the chapters and alumnae associations in their processional, hearing formal reports on our future and voting on legislation.”
– Katherine Bernardoni, Alpha Gamma Chapter at Florida International University
“I think the International Leadership Forum helps younger sisters see the value of being engaged alumnae. It gave me insight on what this organization means to women, our sisters, who are truly leaders. The love in this sisterhood is not bound by generation.”
– Margaret Reisdorf, Delta Delta Chapter
“From the very first speaker, I quickly saw that this experience was going to be so special. It’s amazing to see so many women in one place working to build the next generation of female leaders.”
– Melissa Keesing, Beta Rho Chapter at University of Illinois – Chicago
“There is nothing like being surrounded by sisters from all around the world and having one central connection. It makes you feel special and comfortable all while being part of something much greater than yourself.”
– Tatyana Carnes, Gamma Gamma Chapter at Schreiner University
