International Leadership Consultant

International Leadership Consultants (ILCs) are change agents. They are professional Delta Phi Epsilon women that lead by example, challenge the status quo, ask tough questions, and spread the principles of Justice, Sisterhood, and Love in an effort to inspire change and create a sense of belonging everywhere they go. 

ILCs are recent graduates and full-time Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority employees that complete intensive training in preparation for their role. An ILC's purpose is to provide guidance, support, and resources to help collegiate chapters thrive. 

Applicants must be a Delta Phi Epsilon member in good standing with experience in management or leading others (i.e. chapter Leadership Team, Panhellenic Council leadership role, campus leadership role, internship, work experience, etc.). Applicants must have a completed bachelor’s degree by May 2019.

Administrative Intern

Our Administrative Intern(s) provide regular clerical and administrative support. Prepare correspondence, answers telephones, maintains electronic and hard copy files and completes inventory updates. This part-time role is great for current undergraduate students.

Executive Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced executive assistant to provide administrative support to the International Executive Director in a fast paced environment. BA/BS or 10 years of experience required.

Position Summary:
Enhances executive staff effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the executive to others.  Provides regular clerical and administrative support to the International Executive Director or other senior staff, as necessary. Prepares correspondence and reports, maintains schedule and calendar, answers telephones and maintains electronic and hard copy files. Travel is 10%.
