Elevate U is an energizing, day-long sisterhood adventure designed to reignite your passion for Delta Phi Epsilon.
Whether you’re an undergraduate or alumnae member, this experience is all about empowering you as a leader, deepening your DPHIE knowledge, and creating unforgettable memories with fellow DPHIEs. Get ready to elevate your DPHIE experience through interactive activities, lively discussions, and intentional idea sharing—all wrapped in justice, sisterhood, and love.
Any member of DPHIE is welcome to attend ElevateU!
- All chapters are required to send a minimum of 4 delegates to ElevateU annually but are permitted to send more members to participate.
- Delegates can be a mix of leadership team members, coordinators, and aspiring chapter leaders.
- Chapter Advisors! We ask that at least 1 chapter advisor per chapter attend but we welcome as many as are able to attend.
- Alumnae association leaders and members!
Learning Outcomes
As a result of participating in this program, you will be able to:
- Examine the importance of your leadership in DPHIE
- Explain key elements of chapter operations
- Develop a list of opportunities/tactics to strengthen sisterhood within the chapter/association/community
