Whether you’re an undergraduate or alumnae member, this experience is all about empowering you as a leader, deepening your DPHIE knowledge, and creating unforgettable memories with fellow DPHIEs. Get ready to elevate your DPHIE experience through interactive activities, lively discussions, and intentional idea sharing—all wrapped in justice, sisterhood, and love.
Any member of DPHIE is welcome to attend ElevateU!
- Undergraduate chapters within 4 hours driving to the location are required to send 4 delegates.
- We also ask that at least 1 chapter advisory board member attend from each chapter.
- Alumnae associations are encouraged to send at least 1 member of the association.
Learning Outcomes
As a result of participating in this program, you will be able to:
- Examine the importance of your leadership in DPHIE
- Explain key elements of chapter operations
- Develop a list of opportunities/tactics to strengthen sisterhood within the chapter/association/community
