When your child joins Delta Phi Epsilon, they are joining a connected community that is driven and dedicated to providing a safe, empowering and inclusive environment where they can learn and grow personally and professionally. Our sisterhood of over 75,000 initiated members is a global community that is committed to uplifting and encouraging one another to be the best version of themselves.
Q: How do we ensure the safety and well-being of our members?
A: We are dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging for every member, understanding that true belonging is only achievable when basic needs, particularly health and safety, are addressed. Our approach involves data-driven risk management policies aligned with student practices, industry standards, and Delta Phi Epsilon’s core philosophy on health and wellness. This commitment ensures a secure and nurturing environment conducive to cultivating a sense of belonging.
Q: How does joining DPhiE impact academic performance?
A: Our collegiate chapters place a great emphasis on academic excellence. We have international and local gpa requirements for general membership and to participate in leadership positions. Chapters participate in the STAR program, which offers members opportunities to share ideas and insights on how to get the most from their college academic experience. Through targeted academic support information, initiatives, and resources, the STAR program encourages our members to focus on the reason they are in school- to learn and succeed academically.
Q: How does DPhiE facilitate personal and professional development?
A: We like to think of our sorority as a safe space for our members to make mistakes. We all know that it’s impossible to grow personally or professionally without failing along the way. That’s why we develop a positive and supportive environment that uplifts and encourages members when they fall. Our organization provides leadership opportunities and programs for a wide array of different interests, so whatever a member is interested in, they have an opportunity to learn and grow.
Housing
Delta Phi Epsilon chapters call a variety of spaces “home.” From large houses to chapter suites, all Delta Phi Epsilon properties provide an opportunity for sisters to build lifelong bonds and create cherished memories.
