At the end of the day, no one joins a chapter because of a Canva graphic or a perfectly planned event. They join because someone made them feel seen. This workshop is about getting back to the heart of recruitment, authentic relationships and genuine conversations. Delta Phi Epsilon’s Growth Department will discuss more on how to move past surface-level small talk, how to teach members to have meaningful conversations, and how to create genuine connections without sounding transactional.
