Report LT Officers to MyDPhiE

IHQ Operations Team has sent important information regarding the annual submission of the Chapter Assessment Program (CAP) information for your chapter, due this Sunday, December 1. This can be done via the self-report form on MyDPhiE.

Once CAP has been submitted, there is one final step in making Leadership Team transitions official-reporting your new LT! Please use the information below to report the incoming Leadership Team members. This needs to be completed by 12pm EST on Monday, December 2. All incoming LT members will be added to their online LT training course on Tuesday, December 3 and sent an email with next steps and important information for their positions. If they are not reported by 12pm EST on Monday, December 2, they will NOT be enrolled promptly in their training course and communication to them about their role will be delayed.

Please watch this video on how to report your new LT and remove the outgoing LT. As each new LT member is reported, it is important to click the box “make company manager” before saving their status. Please note that once the new officers are reported they will have access to MyDPhiE and, as needed for their role, Billhighway. Outgoing officers will no longer have that access.
