How the competencies align with the PEARL Program:
Personal Development PEARL (PDP): Members will choose a competency they want to develop to determine an individual’s level in that competency. Goals will be set for improvement. Each PEARL participated in for the year should aid the individual in achieving a PDP. Members can choose to do two competencies and set one per term if they wish.
