Dues are the fees paid by members each semester to support the programming, technology and personal development held within the chapter. Each member pays a semesterly fee that is comprised of International Fees and local chapter expenses. The price of dues is determined by each individual chapter, and may vary year to year.
Billhighway is the online platform for membership billing and chapter financial management. Each individual member is provided a unique login to the portal upon affiliating with Delta Phi Epsilon, where they can view statements, account history and pay online.

To request a revised invoice, or ask a question about your bill, the chapter Vice President of Operations is your resource. The VPO is a collegiate officer responsible for the financial operations of the local chapter, and can assist with any billing issues.
All members create a Billhighway account during their new member period. This is where members can access and pay their bills from the organization. If you are helping your student pay their dues, ask them for their login information to access their account.
While each chapter operates on a timeline associated with their university academic calendar, bills are pre-set to be sent on the 15th of each month during the academic semester. Chapters may send supplemental invoices for extracurricular activities or apparel, outside of the traditional billing statement.
Where chapter houses are managed by the National Housing Corporation, room and board payments are paid directly to the International Headquarters. Residents and guarantors will receive an emailed invoice, which includes a link to remit payment digitally through credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
