What are dues?

Dues are the fees paid by members each semester to support the programming, technology and personal development held within the chapter. Each member pays a semesterly fee that is comprised of International Fees and local chapter expenses. The price of dues is determined by each individual chapter, and may vary year to year.

What is Billhighway?

Billhighway is the online platform for membership billing and chapter financial management. Each individual member is provided a unique login to the portal upon affiliating with Delta Phi Epsilon, where they can view statements, account history and pay online.

I don’t know my login to Billhighway.

To reset your login credentials for Billhighway, select the Forgot Username & Password options within the login screen. Having trouble resetting your account? Billhighway officers direct member support Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 7:00PM EST. 866.245.5499.

My bill is wrong, how can I get it fixed?

To request a revised invoice, or ask a question about your bill, the chapter Vice President of Operations is your resource. The VPO is a collegiate officer responsible for the financial operations of the local chapter, and can assist with any billing issues.

How can I pay my student’s dues?

All members create a Billhighway account during their new member period. This is where members can access and pay their bills from the organization. If you are helping your student pay their dues, ask them for their login information to access their account.

When will my child receive invoices?

While each chapter operates on a timeline associated with their university academic calendar, bills are pre-set to be sent on the 15th of each month during the academic semester. Chapters may send supplemental invoices for extracurricular activities or apparel, outside of the traditional billing statement.

Where do I pay room and board?

Where chapter houses are managed by the National Housing Corporation, room and board payments are paid directly to the International Headquarters. Residents and guarantors will receive an emailed invoice, which includes a link to remit payment digitally through credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
