Philadelphia, PA – Delta Phi Epsilon is proud to announce that Brooke Goodman is the 2019 recipient of the Gayle Webb New Professional Award. Goodman joined DPhiE in 2017 as the coordinator of chapter services and is currently the senior director of collegiate experience.

The Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) established the New Professional Award in 1990 and named it in honor of Gayle Webb after her retirement in 1999. The award recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of fraternity/sorority advising by a Greek organization staff member, in their first three years of AFA membership. Goodman, a graduate of Boston College with a Master of Arts in higher education, became a member of the association in 2016.

“We are so fortunate to have Brooke on staff. She brings a level of mastery to her communications within the team, always creating psychological safe spaces and an inclusive environment,” said International Executive Director Nicole Defeo. “She has a superior work ethic, which drove the consultant program to success for our organization. Nominating her for this award was an honor. We all wish to congratulate Brooke on this great accomplishment.”

Goodman will receive the honor on Friday, December 6, 2019 at The Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors Foundation Recognition Luncheon, in Anaheim, California.
